Raised in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, Bobby now feels like a Charlotte native! He was recruited here for a job in early 2001, and wow, the changes he’s seen since then. Through year’s of local news coverage as a former anchor & reporter for Charlotte’s NBC affiliate, Bobby got to know this area’s communities inside and out.
That knowledge has proven helpful in the ever-changing real estate market. Bobby’s love of real estate started as a kid, begging his grandparents to buy him books of house plans at the local home improvement store. Then, when he’d saved enough, he bought his first house, fixed it, then sold at a profit. While still in television, he started a staging business here in Charlotte, helping local realtors and builders better present their properties. Out of that successful venture, the move to full-time real estate sales was a natural progression and a dream come true. The staging component is still a strong part of Bobby’s business, with a warehouse of furniture/art/accessories at the ready for clients’ listings. Bobby feels honored to be a leader in his industry, consistently ranking in the top 50 individual agents in sales in the Charlotte metro. His referral-based business is built on what he calls extensive customer service which leaves clients telling their friends and colleagues, and coming back again and again when they’re ready to sell or buy again. Bobby is focused on residential sales and is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Rodney Hines has called Charlotte home for over 20 years. Rodney is referred to as “The Connector” because, for over 18 years, he owned/operated The Furniture Connector and High Cotton Home Company. In the same way he connected clients to great furniture, he can connect you with the perfect home!

When working with homeowners, Rodney can make suggestions or assist with staging, so their home looks desireable to the widest range of potential buyers. While working with buyers, his design background helps clients walk into houses and see potential, based on their needs, with design suggestions utilizing their existing furniture.

He spent more than a decade working as the Chief Operating Officer for a national organization focused on non-profit fundraising throughout the US. This allowed him to live in large metropolitan areas like Los Angeles, NYC, Seattle and South Florida before visiting Charlotte in 2007 and soon thereafter deciding to permanently relocate.
